It's unfortunate to those that I keep contact with here in dA, but in trying to get my life in order, I found myself saddled up with more work. I'm now involved in home schooling my younger brother, for his 4th Grade (American Reckoning). For Third grade, he was in an academy that started pushing greater workloads on their students. There are true prodigies there, and my brother is bright, but not on their level.

Suffice to say, they burned him out trying to do middle school cirriculum. It was decided between my parents and me that we should home school him for this year, so he doesn't have to deal with teachers or compete with other students, and the following year, we can put him in a regular public school, where they would teach regular 5th grade things.

In regards to my hobbies.... I'd decided to go ahead and make my story into an RP! It's being hosted on sonicblast.org and it's coming out great! I'll probably distill the forum posts into the actual story, incorporating the player characters in this final rewrite.

I'm also drawing again. I've got a new character that is well on the way to having the lineart complete, and I hope to have it up here in the next day or so.

A little setback, though... my printer/scanner no longer wants to scan things. I've gone through a complete reinstall and still nothing. It still prints, but the scanning.... ah, now there's the problem. Maybe because it's Vista. I'll probably have to use my brother's printer/scanner for now, but as far as using my own, I'll have to wait until I get Windows 7 installed before I try to use my own.

And, that's it for now. Also, I'm really sorry and kind of ashamed that I haven't been around. I swear, I'm getting my life back in order!
